Rev Nick Kirk - Vicar.
He is married to Kim and together they have 6 children.  Nick is now in his sixth year at Christ Church.  His passion is to see the Wanganui community transformed by the power of the gospel.  He writes, "If we fail to be missional we fail to be a Christian church.  The thrust of the gospel is outward focused - into the community in the power of the Holy Spirit.  Now more than ever we need Christians who have eyes to see and a desire to do what the Father is doing."  Nick was a Registered Nurse prior to receiving his call to ordination.  Now with ten years of ministry under his belt he feels these have been the most satisfying years of his working life.  "What better way is there to live life than by following Jesus?"





Rev. Rosemary Anderson - Priest Assistant.
Born & Educated in U.K. - from a British Army Family. Arrived in N.Z. in 1963, worked as Librarian at Wanganui Public Library for 4 years before marriage to Allan, a N.Z. sheep/cattle farmer. Received Lay Ministry License in 1980 in Cooperating Parish (Anglican / Presbyterian). Made Deacon in 1987. Priest 1988. Served 3 years as Priest-in-Charge at Patea (rural Parish) and 1 year as Acting Chaplain (Ecumenical) to Wanganui Hospitals. P.A. at Christ Church since 1996. Passion for preaching, pastoral care & liturgy - with strong support for home & overseas mission. Ph: (06) 3421722
